Homemade Oreo Ice Cream



  • 300 ml Cream (use Amul Cream for better results)
  • 1 or 2 cups (as you require- i used 2 cups) of icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 packet Oreo cookies (12-15 pieces)



  • Add the cream and the icing sugar in a mixing bowl followed by the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until a little creamy and fluffy (do not over mix).
  • Crush the Oreo cookies coarsely in a zip lock bag.
  • Add the cookies to the bowl. Mix together and pour into a container. Top it with a few bits of the crushed cookies and keep in the freezer overnight or for 6-8 hours before serving.


  1. This looks dangerously good. Might have to hide this recipe from the kids LOL.
    Time to clear some freezer space and start testing if the recipe tastes as good as it sounds and looks 🙂
