Sugar-Free Date Nut Fudge


Makes/serves- 4

Duration- 30 minutes

Difficulty- Easy


  • 3/4 cup – raw mixed nuts (cashews, walnuts, almonds)
  • 3/4 cup – instant oats (dry-roasted for a minute and ground into a fine powder)
  • 12 – dates (adjust according to taste)
  • 1 tbsp – ghee
  • a pinch of cardamom


  • Powder the nuts and oats separately.
  • Grind the dates to a smooth paste.
  • Mix all the ingredients to form the dough (chapatti-like).
  • Add ghee bit by bit while kneading the dough.
  • Flatten the dough onto a greased plate and cut into pieces or roll them into balls.
