Duration- 30 minutes
- 3/4 cup – raw mixed nuts (cashews, walnuts, almonds)
- 3/4 cup – instant oats (dry-roasted for a minute and ground into a fine powder)
- 12 – dates (adjust according to taste)
- 1 tbsp – ghee
- a pinch of cardamom
Powder the nuts and oats separately.
Grind the dates to a smooth paste.
Mix all the ingredients to form the dough (chapatti-like).
Add ghee bit by bit while kneading the dough.
Flatten the dough onto a greased plate and cut into pieces or roll them into balls.
