Sausages in Hot Dog

Sausages-in-Hot-Dog-Turban-Tadka-

Hot dog buns stuffed with chicken sausage mixture.

Preparation Time : 0-5 minutes

Cooking time : 16-20 minutes

Servings : 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken sausages
    6-8
  • Hot dog buns
    4
  • Oil
    1 teaspoon
  • Onion
    1 medium
  • Green capsicum
    1/2 medium
  • Schezwan chutney
    1 tablespoon
  • Mustard paste
    4 teaspoons

 

Method

Step 1


Cut chicken sausages into 1 inch pieces. Roughly chop onion and green capsicum.

Step 2


Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till light brown. Add green capsicum and chicken sausages and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3


Add Schezwan chutney, mix well and switch off the heat.

Step 4


Heat a non-stick grill pan. Slit the hot dog buns without cutting through, place them on the grill pan, one by one, and let them get heated through.

Step 5


Apply 1 tsp mustard paste on the inner side of each bun. Place the chicken stuffing over the mustard paste, keep them on individual serving plates and serve.
