Homemade Chikoo Ice Cream

  • 1 brick – vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/2 cup – cream
  • 1 – big chikoo, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 3 – big chikoos; peeled, deseeded and made into a pulp


  • Cut the vanilla ice-cream into slices.
  • Add the cream and churn with a hand blender until soft and fluffy.
  • Add the chikoo pulp and pieces. Mix well.
  • Set in the freezer.
