The best tea-time snack in its crunchy yet oil free version. Simply yummy!!

4 bread slices
For filling:
200gms boiled potatoes
2 green chilies (chopped)
2tbsp coriander (chopped)
¼ cup carrots
¼ cup beans
1/2tsp chat masala powder
¼ tsp garam masala powder
1/2tsp red chilli powder
Salt and black pepper powder(to taste)
1tsp oil

Wash and prick potatoes with a fork. Boil them. Peel and mash them.
Mix all the ingredients (except oil) for the filling and keep aside.
Take the bread slices one by one and soak them in water, squeeze and drain extra water.
Fill the prepared potato mixture and shape into cylindrical rolls.
Brush with oil and grill on greased non stick tava
Turn in between for uniform browning from all sides.
Serve hot with green chutney.
