Boondi raita is a delightful dish of crisp boondi and yogurt.
Preparation time: 5mins
200 gams yogurt
1 ½ red chilli powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cumin seed powder
1 ¼ tbsp chat masala
Black salt as per taste
2 to 3 chopped mint leaves
Few chopped coriander leaves
8 tbsp boondi (fried gram flour balls)
Whisk yogurt in a bowl till smooth.
To it add salt, red chilli powder, sugar, cumin seeds and chat masala.
Add boondi and mix well.
Garnish with mint leaves and coriander leaves.
