Don’t like to wait much for food ?? Here’s the recipe for instant hariyali paneer tikka and most importantly you can make it real fast and in simple way…try these following recipe to kneads your tummies needs.

500gms paneer
1 big capsicum diced
1big tomato diced
1 big onion diced
For marinade:
1 cup hung curd
1tbsp ground mint leaves
4 green chillies paste
1tbsp ground coriander leaves
1tsp lemon juice
2tbsp garlic paste
½ tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp chat masala powder
Salt to taste
1tbsp butter or oil

Cut the paneer and vegetables in big pieces.
Mix all the ingredients of marinade with paneer and vegetable together and refrigerate for half an hour.
Place the paneer cubes and diced vegetables on the high rack on microwave safe flat dish and grill for 15-20mins till golden brown on all sides.
Reposition the marinaded paneer and vegetables frequently and brush with oil.
Sprinkle chat masala and serve with mint chutney.
