Ginger-Garlic Fish Fingers

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g – finger-shaped, fish pieces
  • 1/2 pod – garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs – 1/4 cup
  • 2 tbsp – vinegar
  • 1 – ginger
  • 1 tsp – chilli powder
  • 1 – egg

PREPARATION

  • Grind the ginger and garlic to a smooth paste.
  • Marinate the fish with this paste and the rest of the ingredients (except the egg and crumbs) for 2 hours.
  • Roll the fish in the beaten egg and bread crumbs, and deep-fry till golden brown in colour.
  • Serve.
