Plain Puffs with Potato Stuffing

  • 4 slices – Plain White Bread.
  • 8 tbsps – black sliced olives.
  • 1 small onion – chopped finely.
  • 1 cup – shredded cheese.
  • 4 tbsp – finely cut Bell pepper.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


  • Butter the bread slices lightly, layer with 2 tbsp of olives, 1 tbsp of bell pepper, 2 tbsps of onion and top with cheese.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a preheated toaster oven (400 degrees C), place the bread slices, leave it until the cheese has completely melted and starts to brown.
  • Serve immediately as an evening snack.
