3 cups grated dudhi
11/4 cup milk
3 tablespoon condensed milk
21/2 tablespoon Ghee
4 tablespoon sugar
10-12 chopped Cashew nuts
10-12 chopped Almonds
½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
Squeeze water completely out of grated dudhi.
Heat ghee in pan and fry almonds, cashew nuts, raisins till golden brown.
Add grated dudhi. For 3-4mins sauté on medium flame.
Add milk and cook until dudhi is soft. Stir continuously.
Add condensed milk and stir till mixture is thick.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
